Soprano Susanna Phillips, whose expressive clarity has made her one
of the world’s most sought-after soloists, joins Music Director Carlos
Miguel Prieto and the LPO for an exciting concert featuring Strauss'
tone poem Also sprach Zarathustra – a work that ignited the
imaginations of modern audiences when it served as the main theme
for Stanley Kubrick’s sci-fi epic, 2001: A Space Odyssey.
