James Bartelle


James Bartelle is a founding member of The NOLA Project theatre company where he has worked as an actor, director, writer, carpenter, and producer since 2006. He holds a Big Easy Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy for "The Lieutenant of Inishmore" and a Storer Boone Award for Best Children's Play for his original show "A Kingdom of Statues". Recently, James directed The NOLA Project's production of "Romeo & Juliet" at The New Orleans Museum of Art in association with NOMA's centennial celebration.
